Team Building Workshops
Successful organizations today understand how to unleash the power of teamwork by getting diverse, multi-generational people to join forces toward a common goal. Teamwork can impact the bottom line when team members are focused on contributing to the company’s vision by communicating, collaborating and valuing the diversity of style.
As organizations rely more on teams to innovate, problem solve, produce, and compete at the speed of change, understanding and capitalizing on individual approaches to group processes is the bottom line on creating high-performance teams. The Team Dimensions® Profile helps people work from their strengths by identifying their most natural team role, while giving them added appreciation for the contributions of others. Teams members also learn a logical innovation process designed to capture creativity, refine details, and execute ideas. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
The Five Behaviors profile, which provides both individual and team feedback, is grounded in the model described in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, the internationally best-selling leadership book by Patrick Lencioni. The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ has a simple goal: To facilitate a learning experience that helps professionals and their organizations discover what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. Participants will learn how, as a team, they score on the key components of the model: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Using the feedback from their reports, participants will be able to create a better, stronger team. Length: 1-3 days depending on how in-depth the discussion (“The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” is a registered trademark of Wiley Publishing)
As team members work closely together, conflict is inevitable. Everyone has the ability to control whether conflict is productive or destructive, they just need tools and training. Powered by an Everything DISC profile, Productive Conflict will open your eyes to the possibility of disagreement without destructive consequences and an improvement in workplace harmony and productivity.
