Leadership Workshops

Your managers of today have the potential to step up and be your leaders of tomorrow.  In a leadership role, your managers must become more future focused and outward thinking beyond their day-to-day responsibilities. Leaders need skills that will assist them in creating a vision for the future and establishing a culture that adapts to changes in the marketplace.

The Work of Leaders®

What are the skills of leadership?  Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders® encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness. Participants learn best practices in crafting a vision, building alignment for the vision, and championing execution of the vision.  Using customized feedback and video examples participants begin the process of creating a vision for their department and writing communication plans for their teams. Length: 6 hours

Leading Change

Do your leaders possess the skills to successfully lead change initiatives?  This workshop begins by examining the external forces which create change in organizations.  As organizations change, employees are required to change as well.   Change agents help an organization transform itself by focusing on organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development. Leaders than practice their role as a Change Agent in each phase of change management:  Pre-Change, During Change, and Making Change “Stick”.  Length: 3-4 hours

Culture Driven Leadership

Your leaders are the role models and drivers of your culture.  They need to know how, as leaders, they can envision the future of your organization and inspire others to contribute their discretionary effort.  They also need to develop collaboration skills across all functions to create a united senior team. This workshop incorporates the culture and values of your organization so leaders can develop an understanding of how they impact your culture.  Participants then develop their communication skills so that everyone in the organization can answer: “where do I fit into our organization’s overall picture?”  Length: 3-4 hours
