I have used this book as a training tool in groups of 8-10 employees on two separate occasions and found it to be exactly what we needed. Added with The Companion Workbook, this is all we need to get our new supervisors and managers up and running. Plus our “seasoned” managers and supervisors went through the training as well and thought it was great. Training is just one of the many hats that a HR Manager wears for a small to mid-size company, so tools of this nature are a necessity. The author did a wonderful job of putting the basic concepts into an easy to read and follow format that was enjoyed by all that attended the training. They loved being able to walk out of training with a tool that they could read and utilize daily.
